If you have recently become a member of RCI Points, you should receive an email
from InnSeason Resorts confirming your membership set up, containing your RCI Membership
number. You may use this number to begin exploring
www.rci.com and your vacation possibilities. A few weeks later you will
receive your RCI welcome letter with your formal Membership ID. RCI’s contact phone
number is: 1-877-968-7476.
You purchased your RCI Points membership at a specific Resort. (Each membership
requires a deeded week ownership). This resort will technically be your “Home Resort”.
You will receive maintenance bills and owner communication from them, as well as
receive “Home Resort Priority Reservations” (13-12 months before check-in) with
RCI Points. (see chart below) . You can book vacations at this resort earlier than
any other RCI members.
Also, your membership in the RCI Points program is unique because it is part of
the VRI family of resorts, which entitles you to even more benefits. VRI, one of
the nation’s largest independent timeshare resort management company, manages over
160 resorts in 27 states, and entitles any of its owners to “Home Group Priority
Reservations” (11-10 months before check-in). You can book reservations at any VRI
