The Adventure Club allows timeshare owners to annually assign their non-InnSeason
Resorts unit/week to the InnSeason Vacation Club in exchange for InnSeason Vacation
Club points.
The Adventure Club is available only to select timeshare owners who purchase a regular
membership in the InnSeason Vacation Club. Typically, you must purchase a minimum
number of InnSeason Vacation Club points to be eligible to participate in the Adventure
Program. Note: The Adventure Club may require a 45 day waiting period (from the
date of sale) before you may start taking advantage of this option.
Unfortunately, no. Generally only II Premiere Resorts, RCI Gold Crown or Resorts
of International Distinction qualify. In addition the Club Manager reserves the
right to accept or deny any resort or period/season of usage.
Point values will be determined for resorts based on unit type, seasonality, supply
and demand. The Club Manager reserves the right to change the point valuations.
You will be allotted the appropriate number of points within 7 days of completing
the reservation process. The reservation process requires you to make a reservation
at your non-InnSeason resort (6 months to 1 year in advance of booking date) in
the name of InnSeason Resorts. Then fax or mail the confirmation to the Club Manager
who will then verify all the information with the resort. Once your information
is confirmed by the resort, the reservation process is complete.
No. Once confirmed at your non-InnSeason Resorts property, your points will be assigned
to your account. They can be used in the same manner and timeframes as your Vacation
Club Points. Remember the point value is subject to change based on the time of
year in which the week you provide to InnSeasons occurs. Any physical deterioration
that may occur at the resort or destination may also result in lower point values.
Yes, you still own the week. You are simply assigning the usage of the week for
that particular year to the InnSeason Vacation Club.
Each year you have to opportunity to keep or deposit your week with the InnSeason
Vacation Club. You do need to inform us of your decision but you are under no obligation
to deposit your week every year.
You will not receive any points for weeks deposited with exchange companies or for
weeks previously assigned to other companies, individuals, etc.
Yes. You remain responsible for the annual payment of fees to the resort. If the
fees are not paid, your week(s) may not be assigned to the Adventure Club.
For fixed weeks you need to contact the resort and place our name on the reservation.
Then ask the resort to send you a confirmation which you in turn pass on to us.
For Floating weeks, you still need to contact the resort to make a reservation with
our name on it and still receive a confirmation to pass along to us. Remember high
demand weeks will assure you of maximum point allocations.
